Shipping & Delivery
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we'll reach out to confirm your details. If we can't reach you, we'll cancel the order and refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Returns & Holidays

Purchases made during the holiday season get extra time: items bought between November 15 and December 24 can be returned through January 15 of the following year.
If your order included a free gift with purchase, it needs to come back with your return. If it's missing, its retail value will be deducted from your refund — so hang onto it until your return is final. As with any return, everything must be unused and in its original packaging.

Every bugatti combination lock ships pre-set to 0-0-0 — reset it to your own code before your first trip.
TSA locks don't use a separate key for you — they have a keyhole that TSA agents share a master key for. That means they can inspect and re-lock your bag during security screening without cutting your lock or damaging your case.
Every airline sets its own size, weight, and quantity limits — most accept up to 22 x 14 x 9 inches, but always confirm with your airline before you fly. Our Shop Luggage by Airline page can help you match a piece to your carrier's specs.
